There comes a time in everyone’s life when you have to apologize. A time to make it right. Rather it be with yourself or another person.
Today let’s take a moment and think about who in your life could use an apology? Could it even be for yourself or your inner child?
Just take a moment, find a quiet place, relax and offer words of forgiveness. It can be done in the presence of the person or sit a chair across from you and pretend that person is present. Kindly express the words you would like to say to them.
If the forgiveness is for yourself, feel free to visualize your younger self if you like. (Repeat at least 3 times)
